The motor was switched on periodically – only if it was necessary to swim across from one bank to Vyatka, to the other. In the morning, even though there was a sun, a strong wind met us. On the wide smooth surface of the river there were high waves. Closer to dinner, the wind subsided, the waves calmed down and complete calm arose on the river. Closer to the beach found a desert island. On the island hoisted the antenna on the range of 14 MHz. I worked on the air and it was not without difficulty that I established 3 connections. For all the time traveling, they bathed, sunbathed, cooked food on the fire.
